JAC's client, a foreign advertising agency is currently looking for a Creative Director position in HCMC.
 
Creative Directors are responsible for high-level decisions, and they need to be able to lead a team who will direct, inspire, and assist all levels of creatives, from copy to art talents in our team across diverse accounts.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Oversee and manage the timely delivery of all jobs/projects of the team, while taking into account spearheading’s requirements, needs, and business objectives to solve real problems.
  • In addition to spearheading the creative team’s performance and capability, you will work closely with strategy, BD, and Account teams to define and implement sound creative strategy and following assets.
  • To explore, research, and propose innovative ways to elevate creative ideas and services.
  • Understanding creative workflows and managing them in an optimal but flexible approach to the team’s productive efficacy. This includes actively overseeing and managing team meetings, forward scheduling meetings, and work review meetings.
  • Attend client meetings, present work, discuss needs, and identify opportunities.
  • Maintain the agency’s creative philosophy and best output across the agency.
  • Heading brand campaigns, including submitting ideas for projects and overseeing the development of all creative content
  • Supervising all work completed by the creative department
  • Working with executives and other creative leaders to set project deadlines and content goals
  • Presenting project information, including deadlines and budgets, to executives and clients

JOB REQUIREMENTS 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/ Communications or other relevant fields.
  • Have more than 8 years of working in Creative Advertising agencies.
  • At least 2 years of working in the Creative Director position.
  • Experience in handling diversified clients, including but not limited to FMCG (F&B, Cosmetics, …), Automobile, Pharmaceuticals, etc.
  • Familiarity with digital and social media, and ability to grasp hotspots and trends.
  • Good command of English.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to inspire the creative team to give their best.
  • Strong creative vision with a business-driven mindset.
