Chief Operations Officer (COO)

COMPANY OVERVIEW
JAC’s client, foreign healthcare corporation is looking for Chief Operations Officer (COO) to be responsible for hospitals and clinics operations management.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• To oversee the entire hospital group and give proper instruction and support.
• Develop a competitive marketing strategy and lead our marketing team. 
• Lead the heads of hospitals and clinics. Support back-office functions to work efficiently.
• Drive the process of mid-term planning and annual budget, monitor the progress, identify issues, and report them to the BOD.
• Provide guidance and support required by the Board of Directors.
• Improve compliance, control company costs, and introduce tactical initiatives.
• Identify market demand, identify functions to be strengthened in the hospital, and carry out a series of tasks including implementation planning, execution, and review.
• Build a long-term organizational culture that embodies and promotes the common action guidelines set forth by the Group.
• Employing various initiatives to coach employees to optimize their capabilities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in business or relevant field required.
• At least 15 years of extensive experience in an operational leadership role in healthcare environment working. 
• Having experience as a CEO or COO of a private hospital, or 2-3 years of experience in a similar industry or position.
• Experience in management consulting for hospitals and implementing facility reforms from a management perspective is also suitable. 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
• Strong leadership skills at all organizational levels
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
