Chief Accountant

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing and operating the member accounting department. Responsible to the Finance Director and the Board of Directors for the activities of the accounting department.
- Planning, organizing, inspecting, maintaining and innovating in the direction of effective management accounting operations, building financial plans, advising and advising the Board of Directors on tax policies and financial management.
- Fully set up and send on time accounting, statistical and settlement reports according to regulations and the Company's Charter.
- Control and prevent risks related to financial and accounting activities of the company.
- Check and review accounting documents related to the Company's revenue and expenditure activities to ensure compliance with current regulations.
- Budget planning and capital management use plan.
- Prepare periodic management reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly basis for the Board of Directors to serve for effective management decisions.
- Implement training and retraining plans, improve qualifications, guide employees to master the administrative tasks, build a team of accountants of the Company.
- Organize and inspect the preservation and storage of accounting documents, manage and operate the entire accounting department according to the current accounting and tax laws.
- Perform other tasks related to financial and accounting activities at the request of the Board of Directors.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Graduated from University or higher majoring in Accounting, Finance, with certificate of chief accountant.
- Mastering accounting operations, accounting regime, accounting standards, regulations of the Ministry of Finance in the field of Accounting, Taxation and Customs.
- Organize, arrange and develop plans to perform assigned tasks. Ability to synthesize and analyze reports.
- Ability to work independently, withstand high pressure, good problem-solving ability.
- Minimum 10 years of experience, at least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or exporting company with a scale of 500 employees or more.
