C&B Specialist

• In charge of monthly payroll, PIT, staff allowances, and bonuses by company policies.
• Manage the payroll function in the  HRM  system and company regulations.
• Manage the employee database.
• Manage the health insurance package.
• Handle ex-pat caring tasks.
• Responsible for all reports to the Department of Labor, War Invalids, and Social Affairs.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Good English skills
• Office Informatics: Good
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Law, or relevant fields.
• At least 3 years’ experience in C&B roles.
• Strong in labor law, payroll, and expat caring.
