Business Development Associate (Study Abroad)

JAC's client is a leading study abroad platform helping students from emerging markets apply to universities abroad with an “outcome-focused counseling” approach that factors in employability + student success.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking highly motivated and skilled B2B Study Abroad consultants to manage and oversee study abroad consultancies. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with these consultancies and will be accountable for the enrollment of students into universities.
 

• Identify and target potential study-abroad consultancies and partners in Vietnam.
• Develop and execute a strategic plan to expand the B2B channel.
• Generate leads and prospects through activities such as cold calling, networking, and email campaigns.
• Travel to meet with existing and potential partners.
• Develop and maintain relationships with study-abroad consultancies.
• Work closely with these consultancies to ensure they are well-equipped with the necessary information about universities and the enrollment process.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure partner satisfaction.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor's/ Masterʼs degree in a relevant field
• 2-3 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales or marketing, preferably in the education sector
• Should be fluent in both English & Vietnamese
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
• Extreme ownership in work
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
