Company Overview

• Act as Lead & Bridge Software Engineer, summarizing tasks, leading the project (Technical Lead), and serving as a liaison between the Vietnamese team and the Japanese development department.
• Develop and maintain cloud service-related software or Windows applications for MFP (Multi-Function Printer) data handling and IT device management (PC, Server, Mobile).
• Perform debugging and evaluation of MFP-related cloud services/software using actual devices or simulators.
• Ensure high-quality, standards-compliant software development.
• Lead project planning, operations, and quality assurance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of management experience in software development or 5+ years as a software engineer.
• Japanese proficiency at N2 level or higher.
• Intermediate English (speaking, listening, writing).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
