Job Summary
To join our team in the Philippines, we are looking for a highly qualified and customer-focused after sales manager. You will be the main point of contact for customers, dealers, internal divisions, and authorized service facilities, acting as a helpful resource for queries about the after-sales process, technical problems, and specific products.
To equip our partners, including dealers, retailers, internal departments, and authorized service centers, with in-depth product knowledge, you will use your experience to create extensive training plans and programs. You will give them the knowledge and abilities they need to competently represent and serve our wide variety of products through engaging and educational training sessions.
Your responsibilities will include giving excellent technical support, leading interesting product trainings, and representing our company in a variety of settings, including but not limited to the Philippines.

Responsibilities
Product Training:
- Create thorough training plans and initiatives.
- Hold product training sessions for distributors, merchants, internal divisions, and authorized service providers in various places.
- Verify that participants are knowledgeable with the features, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the product.
- Provide consumers, mechanics, and authorized service centers technical support and guidance via phone, email, video, and, if necessary, on-site visits.
- Quickly identify and fix technical problems, recommend upkeep methods, and clarify intricate technical details of supplied goods.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients with relation to post-purchase enquiries, technical problems, and product-related queries.
- Provide courteous and timely responses to guarantee customer retention and satisfaction.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for potential customers at dealerships, events, or motorcycle shows. Highlight the key features and benefits of electric motorcycles and products of the Company to enhance sales.
- Keep current on new product features, technical requirements, and market trends to be a knowledgeable resource for clients and internal teams.
- Monitor market developments, consumer opinions, and rival products to give the marketing team useful information.
- Hold training sessions for dealership technicians and staff to keep them informed about new models, technical advancements, and recommended procedures for maintaining and repairing the company's other products, including electric motorcycles.
- Traveling to different places, including but not limited to the Philippines, to provide on-site product training and offer in-person assistance.
- Create workflow, rules, or processes for after-sales process optimization that will serve as the benchmark for the teams in the Philippines and Hong Kong.
- Participate in training and skill advancement from partners around the world.
- Foster strong relationships with customers, dealers, internal departments, and authorized service centers to build brand loyalty and trust in the Company’s products.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, technical support provided, and warranty claims.
- Generate regular reports on after-sales performance and customer feedback for management review.
- Have two (2) years of expertise in product training, technical support, or after-sales assistance, ideally in the motorcycle or automotive sectors.
- A baccalaureate in engineering, automotive technology, or a related subject.
- It helps to have knowledge in electronic engineering.
- Outstanding customer service abilities, including the capacity to effectively convey technical knowledge to non-technical clients.
- Proven problem-solving skills, including an attention to detail and accuracy in troubleshooting.
- A commitment to delivering excellent customer experiences and a customer-centric approach.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the motorcycle and auto markets.
- Effective time and project management abilities.
- The capacity for cross-functional cooperation with various teams inside the organization.
- Proficient communication abilities in both written and spoken English.
- The ability to travel widely for product support and training.
- Having a passion for electric and motorcycles is a major plus.
