Foreign real estate company is looking for Architect Manager to join their project in Binh Duong and HCM.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct the design stage management of projects.
- Support Tender team in preparation of Tender documents in projects.
- Support Site PM teams to resolve Architectural design issues during Construction stage and Operation stage.
- Check the design from consultant to make sure they comply with regulations and company standard.
- Give instruction and coordinate with partner design company, design consultants.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree of Architecture.
- At least 5 years of experience in Architectural Project Management at large-scale clients or 7 years in a Team Lead role at architectural consultancy
- Experience in Project Management for mixed-use condominium projects
- Excellent English skills.
- Working time: Mon–Fri 8:00–17:00
