JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Oversee the complete employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition and onboarding to skills development, career advancement, and exit procedures.
  • Provide guidance and support to the management team in creating exceptional working conditions for our Cambodia-based staff. This includes managing facility operations, occupational health and safety, and specific administrative tasks.
  • Enhance the employee experience by efficiently managing employee processes and records using the SuccessFactors personnel database.
  • Collaborate with the Managing Director and Cross-Functional Leadership Team to foster collaboration across departments through effective internal communication methods such as the internal social network, emails, bulletin boards, newsletters, town hall meetings, social events, and instant messaging groups.
  • Work with Regional and Global People Experience teams to implement projects and campaigns aimed at improving the overall employee experience.
  • Oversee payroll data preparation and collaborate with the Finance department to ensure accurate and timely employee payments.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and maintain data privacy and legal requirements in partnership with the Global Privacy Data Officer.
Data and Process Compliance
  • Ensure the accuracy and currency of people information in SuccessFactors (SF).
  • Collaborate on the design, testing, and implementation of new modules in SF.
  • Promote the adoption of the internal social media platform to enhance the employee experience through content contribution and participation in discussions.
  • Identify opportunities to digitize HR processes for increased efficiency and employee experience.
Recruiting & On-boarding
 
  • Streamline the talent acquisition process by collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners using the Application Tracking System.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive talent acquisition process for both hiring managers and candidates.
  • Analyze recruitment outcomes, assess results, and identify areas for improvement using data to evaluate sourcing effectiveness and process enhancements.
  • Oversee onboarding and induction programs to provide new employees with a smooth introduction to the company.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Supervise payroll data preparation and collaborate with the Finance department to ensure accurate and timely employee payments.
  • Administer and monitor benefits programs, including provident funds, life and medical insurance, dental coverage, pension plans, and leave entitlements.
  • Lead and facilitate the annual salary and bonus review process in coordination with the team.
  • Verify information with the Finance department and liaise with relevant authorities for Social Security and tax compliance.
Total Rewards
  • Manage and promote the Company's employee recognition programs at global, regional, and country levels.
  • Provide direct support to the Managing Director in fostering a collaborative work environment across departments, utilizing communication channels such as emails, bulletin boards, newsletters, town hall meetings, social events, and instant messaging groups.
  • Encourage and advise managers on effectively managing and enhancing team performance through the Company's performance management tool.
Performance measurement
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives within the country/region.
  • Supervise and track employees' completion of mandatory training and acknowledgment of e-Policies in SuccessFactors.
  • Compile training requirements and assist the team in conducting training needs assessments and establishing delivery plans for both internal and external training programs, including leadership and digital marketing training, as well as conferences.
Policies, Admin, and Others
 
  • Administer Visa and work permit-related matters, including applications, renewals, cancellations, appeals, and updating necessary employee information with relevant governmental agencies.
  • Ensure the currency of all policies and procedures, HR Manual, and employee handbook.
  • Offer guidance on local employment legislation.
  • Champion compliance efforts in alignment with company policies and statutory regulations, particularly in areas related to people.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of work experience, with at least 7 years in an HR role.
  • At least 5 years of experience in leading HR functions for medium to large multinational organizations (with a minimum of 100 employees).
  • Proficiency in both Khmer and English, both spoken and written, for effective collaboration with local, regional, and global teams.
  • Strong understanding of the principles that drive exceptional employee experiences and familiarity with Cambodia's labor laws.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for engagement at all organizational levels.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated capability in managing both internal and external relationships.
  • High initiative and advanced problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proactive and positive personality with the ability to positively influence the workforce.
