Reports to: HR Director
Responsibilities
Lead recruitment strategies and collaborate on onboarding improvements
Drive employee engagement initiatives using data insights and best practices
Identify training needs and coordinate internal/external learning programs
Oversee compensation benchmarking, salary adjustments, and benefit programs
Manage performance review processes and support talent development planning
Act as a trusted advisor for employee relations and labor law compliance
Build and mentor a strong HR team focused on continuous improvement
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
7–10 years of experience in HR leadership, preferably in manufacturing or electronics
Strong command of English (both verbal and written)
Proven track record in team management, employee development, and strategic HR initiatives
Data-driven mindset with experience using HRM systems
Willingness to travel internationally when needed
