COMPANY OVERVIEW
Our client is a foreign clinic invested by a leading medical corporation with strong network of facilities across the country, looking for a sales executive working in Hanoi.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Main responsible for creating long-term, maintain trustworthy relationships with the company's customers, with a role in overseeing the assigned customer portfolio, developing new business activities from existing customers, and actively seeking new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for establishing long-term, trustworthy relationships with the company's customers, overseeing the assigned customer portfolio, developing new business activities from existing customers, and actively seeking new business opportunities.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all specific customer account-related issues.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Monitor customer account management, including contract negotiations and agreements to maximize sales.
  • Develop reliable advisory relationships with key customers and relevant parties.
  • Provide support and address customer requests and inquiries when needed.
  • Manage existing accounts while identifying customer needs for additional products/services to maximize upselling and meet customer expectations.
  • Develop new business activities with existing customers and/or identify areas for improvement to meet sales targets.
  • Obtain feedback and reference opinions from satisfied customers to support sales growth.
  • Utilize research and analysis tools and resources to target potential customers more effectively.
  • Organize workshops to introduce customers to modern and state-of-the-art products and infrastructure of the Centre.
  • Prepare quotes, instruct terms, and prepare contracts.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to investigate and resolve customer issues. Monitor and support customers during and after the contract execution process.
  • Work with the accounting team to ensure that customers make payments according to agreed terms. Submit timely business reports and forecasts (monthly business results and forecasts).

  • Number of customers visiting the Centre and its branches
  • Number of packages sold to customers.
  • Report to: Sales Manager.
   
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Master’s or bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Commerce, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry and market information (hospitals, insurance, or medical devices other related fields).
  • Professional Knowledge and Skills.
  • Building and managing sustainable customer relationships with a focus on results.
  • Proficient in information mining, identifying. opportunities, and analysing customers.
  • Excellent presentation and consulting skills.
  • Strong sales skills and knowledge of the healthcare market.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to develop business plans.
  • Experience in building CRM systems.
  • 3-5 years of sales experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Minimum 1 year of sales/account management experience.
  • Fluent in English for effective communication. It is considered an advantage.
  • Proficiency in office software skills.
  • Proactive and innovative mindset with the ability to handle high work pressure.
  • Goal-driven and motivated.

  • Salary up to 20 Mil VND Gross Monthly or negotiable based on experience.
