Main responsible for creating long-term, maintain trustworthy relationships with the company's customers, with a role in overseeing the assigned customer portfolio, developing new business activities from existing customers, and actively seeking new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for establishing long-term, trustworthy relationships with the company's customers, overseeing the assigned customer portfolio, developing new business activities from existing customers, and actively seeking new business opportunities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all specific customer account-related issues.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Monitor customer account management, including contract negotiations and agreements to maximize sales.
- Develop reliable advisory relationships with key customers and relevant parties.
- Provide support and address customer requests and inquiries when needed.
- Manage existing accounts while identifying customer needs for additional products/services to maximize upselling and meet customer expectations.
- Develop new business activities with existing customers and/or identify areas for improvement to meet sales targets.
- Obtain feedback and reference opinions from satisfied customers to support sales growth.
- Utilize research and analysis tools and resources to target potential customers more effectively.
- Organize workshops to introduce customers to modern and state-of-the-art products and infrastructure of the Centre.
- Prepare quotes, instruct terms, and prepare contracts.
- Coordinate with the operations team to investigate and resolve customer issues. Monitor and support customers during and after the contract execution process.
- Work with the accounting team to ensure that customers make payments according to agreed terms. Submit timely business reports and forecasts (monthly business results and forecasts).

- Number of packages sold to customers.
- Report to: Sales Manager.
