Job Description
Manage and supervise the Quality Assurance department
Analyze departmental/company issues and improve systems
Coordinate quality improvement activities in the factory
Handle customer audits
Handle IATF audits
Report to the Board of Directors
Other tasks assigned by superiors
Job Requirements
University degree or higher
At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
Proficient in ISO 9001; knowledge of IATF is preferred
Able to prepare 8D reports
Strong skills required:
5W Analysis
Problem-solving
Conflict resolution
Language: Fluent in
Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) OR English (TOEIC 700 or above)
