Job Responsibilities

Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within software development.
Proficient in Japanese (N2 level or higher).
Familiarity with Agile methodologies is essential.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a multicultural environment and manage diverse teams.
PMP certification is an advantage.
Good command of English is preferred.
Interest in learning about the energy sector is a plus.
