JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Originate, business develop and manage new businesses
- General management skills primarily associated with the whole process of growth investment including due diligence, investment, financial analysis, and post-merger operational managements
- Problem solving skills to manage, structure and solve complex issues with ability to handle data analysis.
- Basic knowledge of digital such as data analysis, designing and implementing digital-twins and block chain solutions
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to holistically analyze business domains in domain agnostic way and to spot opportunities at growth business domains.
- Experience in business investment, M&A, and new business development (especially working experience in PE funds, investment banks is preferrable)
- Strong network in the M&A industry for project sourcing
- Self-starter and ability to drive business development on its own.
- Consistent aspiration for personal growth
- Team player
