JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Dealer Network Development
  • Identify and establish relationships with potential clients and dealers to expand our distribution network.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of clients' and dealers' needs and market trends.
  • Create strategies to recruit, onboard, and maintain a strong network of clients and dealers across China.
  • Effectively researching prospects and generating leads.
  • Contact potential clients and dealers on the phone, by email, and in person.
Sales and Account Management
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by actively selling Electric Vehicles and motorcycles, consumables, and accessories to dealers and clients.
  • Prepare and send quotes and proposals to dealers and clients.
  • Provide excellent account management, cultivate long-term relationships, and respond to client requests and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Industry Knowledge:
  • Possess a good understanding of the automotive and motorcycle industry, including market trends, competitor analysis, and consumer preferences.
  • Stay up to date with industry developments and as needed, adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Collaboration
  • Work closely with the Sales and Marketing departments to develop effective sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and marketing materials.
  • Provide feedback on market needs, customer preferences, and competitor activities to drive product development and marketing initiatives.
Travels
  • Travel within China to meet with clients, and dealers, and attend industry events.
  • Conduct product presentations, negotiate contracts, and introduce new products to potential clients and dealers
Sales Reporting and Analysis
  • Prepare regular sales reports, providing insights into sales performance.
  • Participate in weekly Sales review and planning.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, including sales reports, customer databases, and activity logs.
  • Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth, optimize sales strategies, and improve overall sales effectiveness.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • With at least two (2) years of experience as a Sales Manager within the automotive or motorcycle industry.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese is required.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills are required to establish and maintain relationships with clients and dealers.
  • Excellent phone and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, demonstrating self-motivation and accountability.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and sales productivity tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to travel within China for client and dealer meetings and industry events.
