Job Description
v Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Understands program key metrics and reports on KPIs.
+ Performs responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
+ Interviews, hires and trains employees.
+ Plans, delegates and directs work as necessary.
+ Manages personnel issues.
+ Provides employee performance appraisal as well as reward and disciplines employees.
+ Proficient at conflict management.
+ Sets goals and career development opportunities for staff.
+ Support in translating/interpreting in Japanese
+ Performs other tasks as assigned.
v Minimum Requirements
+ Female, age about 30 years old
+ Japanese Language JLPT from N2 upper
+ Have certifications related to HR management, Accounting, Import/Export...etc
+ Live in Bac Giang or neighbouring area, can go to work by yourself (proactive vehicles)
v Experience (Priority, Optional)
+ Have back office related experience including experience in a management capacity.
+ Have experience in a leadership position in a high-volume back office environment.
+ Understanding of effective human communication, interactions and dynamics
+ Strong time management skills, problem solving skills and analytical skills
+ Computer proficient in MS Office
