The SOE Senior Relationship Manager role develops corporate banking business with state-owned enterprises and leading Vietnamese companies. The position manages existing client relationships, identifies new business opportunities, evaluates credit risk, and works with an international network to support business growth and contribute to the department’s profit targets.
Responsibilities
Promote corporate banking business among state-owned enterprises and leading Vietnamese companies, supporting business development in Vietnam and contributing to departmental profit targets
Manage relationships with existing customers and develop relationships with prospective clients
Analyse customer credit risk and manage transaction documentation
Monitor the creditworthiness of existing customers
Communicate and maintain relationships across the organisation’s global network, particularly within Asia
Support the department’s daily administrative activities when required
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher
At least 5 years of experience in a similar position, particularly managing relationships with state-owned enterprises
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Expertise in credit risk analysis
Fluency in spoken and written English and Vietnamese
Proactive, collaborative, creative, responsible, patient, diligent, and results-oriented approach
Ability to work effectively under pressure
