COMPANY OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly skilled SMT & AI Planner Senior Engineer / Supervisor for managing material flow and production planning to ensure smooth operation of SMT (Surface Mount Technology) and AI (Auto Insertion) lines. The role focuses on inventory control, timely material supply, production support, and coordination between warehouse and production teams. 

Work Location: Long Duc – Dong Nai.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and control the flow of components and materials from warehouse to SMT & AI production lines.

  • Ensure uninterrupted production through accurate inventory management and timely material distribution.

  • Receive and verify raw materials, sub-materials, and PCBs against delivery documents.

  • Prepare and submit Material Request Forms (MRF) based on production schedules.

  • Monitor and report material discrepancies and rejected goods to management.

  • Take overall responsibility for jigs, tools, and equipment in the parts storage room.

  • Support and monitor SMT & AI production lines and assist in cost control activities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • College or university degree, preferably in Electronics, Mechatronics, or related fields.

  • Experience in SMT / AI / PCB manufacturing environment is required.

  • Good understanding of material control, production planning, and factory operations.

  • Strong coordination, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure in a manufacturing environment.

  • Proficiency in English (additional language skills Japanese is a plus).
