Responsibilities
Inspect construction works and monitor site activities to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
Evaluate construction methods, processes, and site operations to improve efficiency and performance.
Prepare technical reviews, cost estimates, and material requirements for project execution.
Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inspections of construction works, equipment, and machinery.
Coordinate with project teams to identify technical issues and propose effective solutions.
Test construction materials and verify structural quality in accordance with standards.
Support implementation of design or process improvements when required.
Review environmental impacts and assist in applying sustainable and eco-friendly construction practices.
Prepare technical drawings, reports, and graphical presentations as needed.
Perform other duties related to site civil work as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
5–10 years of experience in site civil or construction engineering roles.
Good knowledge of construction quality standards, regulations, and site procedures.
Proficient in MS Office; experience with technical drawings is an advantage.
Relevant professional licenses or certifications are a plus.
Willingness to work under high pressure and at construction sites.
Responsible, proactive, and strong teamwork mindset.
