The Senior Technical Staff - Building Management role, based onsite in Hanoi, oversees technical inspections, maintenance planning, operational performance, and improvement activities for real estate properties. The position plays a key part in maintaining safe and cost-efficient building operations while supporting technical systems, occupational health and safety, and fire protection requirements.
Responsibilities
Conduct technical equipment inspections, prepare repair and renovation plans, estimate costs, and oversee implementation through completion and final acceptance
Evaluate maintenance budgets and technical cost estimates to ensure projects are completed within approved timelines and budgets
Establish preventive maintenance and operational programmes and monitor their effective implementation
Track energy consumption and operational performance, identifying safe and cost-efficient opportunities to improve project operations
Deliver training on technical systems, occupational health and safety, and fire protection
Provide technical support during major incidents and emergencies
Requirements
Fluency in English
Bachelor’s degree or relevant certifications in a related field
Several years of experience as a chief engineer
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
