The Senior Information Technology Operations role is based in Đồng Nai and supports the stability, security, and day-to-day performance of the company’s information technology environment. The position covers network infrastructure, servers, Microsoft 365, system security, technical support, and documentation.
Responsibilities
Manage and troubleshoot local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), Wi-Fi, virtual private networks (VPNs), firewalls, routers, switches, and network connectivity
Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, Domain Name System (DNS), Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP), Group Policy, backup systems, storage, and virtualisation
Manage Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, user accounts, and licences
Support information technology security, endpoint management, patching, monitoring, and access control
Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support and coordinate with external vendors
Maintain information technology documentation, asset inventories, and system maintenance records
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field
2–4 years of relevant experience in networks, systems, or information technology infrastructure
Hands-on experience with networks, Windows Server, and/or Microsoft 365
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft Intune
Good troubleshooting, analytical, organisational, and documentation skills
Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Microsoft, Fortinet, or Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundation certification is preferred
