The SAP FICO Analyst role supports SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO) and its integration with Materials Management (MM), Sales and Distribution (SD), Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), and Transportation Management (TM). The position contributes to system enhancements, project delivery, performance optimisation, and continuous improvement in collaboration with business users and application management services teams.
Responsibilities
Support SAP FICO and its integration with MM, SD, EWM, and TM across incidents, enhancements, and projects
Work with business users and application management services teams to optimise system performance and drive improvements
Participate in the full project lifecycle, including analysis, design, configuration, testing, and deployment
Ensure solutions meet business requirements and comply with internal standards
Lead development and testing activities, manage documentation, and oversee handover to support teams
Requirements
1–2 years of SAP FICO configuration experience across Financial Accounting, Controlling, and Asset Accounting, supported by strong financial accounting knowledge
Solid expertise in SAP FICO, SAP S/4HANA processes, system integrations, and best-practice implementation
Experience with end-to-end activities such as data migration, cutover, go-live, and third-party integrations
Strong communication, problem-solving, and adaptability
Ability to train colleagues and share knowledge with others
Willingness to work in a dynamic environment and provide on-call support when required
Ability to communicate effectively in English
Experience with third-party integrations such as BlackLine or Kyriba will be an advantage
