Job Description:

·         Identifying hardware and software solutions

·         Troubleshooting technical issues

·         Diagnosing and repairing faults

·         Resolving network issues

·         Installing and configuring hardware and software

·         Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem

·         Providing timely and accurate customer feedback

Job Requirement:

·         Good English skills to support US clients

·         Good Computer knowledge & understanding of terms like: Web, desktop, mobile (android/iOS)

·         Experience in using Conference call applications like: Skype, Zoom, Teams is a plus

·         1-3 year(s) of other IT experience, knowledge and skills
