Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales plans to achieve business targets
Identify new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Manage sales activities including presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations
Coordinate with internal teams (R&D, logistics, production) to ensure smooth project execution
Prepare sales reports and provide updates to management
Job Requirements
Proven experience in sales or sales management
Strong customer development, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Having good command of English; willing to travel when required
