Reporting to: Sales Manager
I. Job Description:
1- Overall purpose
- Reach sales targets
- Develop sales channels through sales activities
2- Key responsibilities and duties
• Support dealers to supply products to customers: Advice, propose solutions and provide product information timely and efficiently. Resolve additional problems, such as bills, certificates, detective products, and some situations that exceed the dealer’s competences.
• Train dealers, and update products’ information and outstanding features
• Check and monitor products’ displays in accordance with the company's regulations
• Check and monitor price and promotion activities.
• Reach sales targets:
- Drive dealers to reach sales commission
- Support dealers in negotiation and closing sales
- Develop sale channels and build dealers networking
- Propose sales strategies and product display to comply with market change and the company’s objectives
• Make periodic reports to comply with the company’s regulations and manager requirements
• Other tasks are assigned by the line manager
3- Required working experience
• At least 2 years of experiences in sales
4- Required qualifications
• BA degree in Sales and Marketing or Business Administration
5- Required languages
• English proficiency
6- Required knowledge and skills
• Self – motivated, dedicated and integrity
• Communication skills and active listening
• Strategic prospecting skills
• Customer-focused with effective customer-handling skills
