Develop company strategy and business plans:

Execute value, mission, vision and strategy of the organization. 
Lead the formulation and disintegration of annual sales targets and overall work plan.
Operations Management:
Owner for the whole end to end sales process in the local market including, explore Leads, manage opportunity, bidding, contract negotiation, governance of project delivery quality and secure cash collection.
Market Research:
In line with the business development and management requirements, lead the team to carry out market research and analysis, and ensure the effective formulation of marketing strategies and plans.
Marketing and Brand building:
In line with the company's development plan, lead and implementation of localized branding activities.
Secure customer satisfaction.
Customer Management:
Clarify the decision-making chain of the relevant government, industry organizations and target customers and the corresponding personnel.
Support the team in customers' development and value transfer, particularly to be responsible for building and maintain good relationships with key TSO/DNO decision makers.
Budget Management:
According to regional work plan, forecast the required funding and expenditures, finalise budgets, and ensure management of the sales expenses monthly according to the target.
Team Management:
Organize internal resources based on business development.
Develop team members’ abilities.

  • Bachelor’s degree and above.
  • More than 10 years of sales experience in the OEM market.
  • Have strong relationship with key decision makers in the power industry market
  • Strong understanding of the local grid market (market size, competition, market trends, etc.
  • Knowledge of local customers, procurement processes, decision making processes, key decision makers, etc.
  • Understanding of local business culture, laws, regulations and policies.
  • Knowledge of project management, marketing methodology, finance and human resources
  • Effective communication in English and local language
