- Be the value added middle-man between Marketing and Sales.
- Develop Trade activities for distributors, outlets all channel in-line with Marketing and Sales Strategy.
- Optimal allocation and management of budget of Trade activities.
- Organize meetings relating to sales inside and outside the company.
- Cooperate with Marketing, Sales Team, related department to develop plan launching new product
- To develop and implement effective Trade key activity yearly/quarterly and monthly ensure stronger operational Marketing & Sales strategic plans
- Cooperate with production plan of factory, logistic to support supply enough stock for Sales team and reduce aging stock.
- To develop strong network with other departments viz Marketing, Sales Field & Sales support , etc and agencies to effectively initiate plans and help implementation of Sales force.
- Allocation budget Key Trade activities per area/channel per month. And TMKT team cooperation sales team maximize sales volume base on plan budget.
- Define Merchandising/display guidelines & Develop POSM
- Coordinate with relate department & agency in order to organize Distributor Conference as plan.
- Focus on GT channel
- Graduated University degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant fields
- English: writing - speaking on smoothly
- Planning, organization, Coordination, Communication, Problem Solving Skill, Time Management, project management and presentation skills
- Over 3 years’ experience in sales/ marketing/ trade marketing as Manager title
