Job description

Prepare and implement recruitment plans for the whole company

Prepare annual budget plan and recruitment target

Implement target and budget plan towards financial and resource efficiency

Effectively manage all duty of Recruitment Division, including: developing employees’ ability; guiding and assigning tasks; monitoring and controlling employees’ performance
-
Initiatively searching for and building relationship with talented and potential candidates to meet recruitment needs
-
Consult the Executive Board about strategy of building and promoting employer’s brand which can attract talents; plan and execute branding activities
-
Report to Division Director about recruitment status and others as per request from the Executive Board
-
Other tasks as assigned by superiors
Job requirements

Bachelor’s Degree of Labour Economics, Human Resources, Foreign Language, Economics, etc.
-
At least 5 years of experience in recruitment and human resources management
-
Experienced in equivalent positions and mass recruitment is preferable
-
Have knowledge of Labour Law, candidate evaluation tools (IQ, EQ, etc.), human resources tools (KPI, competency framework, etc.)
-
Good communication, presentation and interview skills
-
Good English communication skill
-
Ability to work independently and in groups
