Job Responsibilities
- Manage raw material procurement contracts.
- Review import/export documents.
- Prepare delivery plans and schedules.
- Inspect raw material upon receipt.
- Oversee overall raw material warehouse management.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Coach and develop team members; monitor performance and provide timely feedback and support.
- Work with SCM colleagues to improve procurement and logistics coordination.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency.
- Standardize raw material warehouse processes and tasks.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience in warehouse and supply chain management.
- Food or coffee industry experience is an advantage.
Good communicate in English.
- Proactively understand issues and support effective team communication.
- Strong synthesis and problem-solving skills.
