QC Leader

JAC's client –A big brand with offices in Japan, Indonesia, Malaysia, China and Vietnam is looking talent for the position of QC Leader who oversees the day-to-day quality standards operational functions of a business.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Set up and manage the requirements as laid out in the respective through Quality Assurance and Control processes.
• Assure the manufacturing quality from in-line inspection processes to the final assurance of finished goods shipments through AQL inspections.
• Ensure that the customers’ quality requirements are met and satisfied.
• Manage input quality: raw material inspection, color matching and testing facilities to ensure that only compliant raw material is used in production.
• Maintain the compliance of manufacturing with the Items Description and Quality Manual requirements.
• Make sure of quality requirements of the Items Description are interpreted and actioned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• University degree majoring in garment technology is preferred.
• Scientific and logical method to resolve problems.
• Good teamwork spirit and independent, decisive maker.
• Organizing, planning, and prioritizing work.
• Leadership, coaching skills, and willingness to give advice when needed.
• 2year + of working experience in the same position in the garment field.
• Good command of English.
