The Purchasing Staff - Legal Management role at Long Duc Industrial Park, Dong Nai Province, focuses on managing legal and compliance matters related to purchasing activities. The position will review contracts and purchasing documents, assess business-partner risks, support audits, and recommend preventive measures to help maintain legally compliant purchasing operations.
Responsibilities
Review contracts concluded with business partners, conduct risk assessments, and check their appropriateness from a legal compliance perspective
Conduct risk investigations and screening regarding the legal qualifications and organisational structures of business partners
Review and check the appropriateness of various Purchasing Department documents, including regulations, guidelines, procedures, and forms
Monitor and follow up on the operational status of purchasing activities
Handle internal and external audits
Respond to consultations regarding legal risks within the Purchasing Department and propose preventive measures
Provide support and assistance to relevant departments
Requirements
At least 1 year of work experience directly related to laws and regulations within a law firm
Strong communication skills in either English or Japanese
Careful and timely approach to work
Cooperative attitude, strong sense of responsibility, trustworthiness, and ability to work effectively within a team
