Job Descriptions:
· Ensure that the projects are managed and conducted in a proper and business like manner.
· Ensure all service request/ needs from Tenants/Residents and management are attended and responded in a timely manner.
· Hire, Train all necessary skill staff for the Management Team.
· Instruction for the outsourcing company to keep the high quality sevices.
Required experiences and Skills:
· At least 4 years working as the property manager at the condominium or mixed –use building.
· Keeping good communication and relationship with residents and developer.
· Devotion responsibility and good PC skill.
· Behavior as PM (most responsible position)
· Management experience staff
· Fluent in English
· Strong skill in leading, managing
Time work: Mon-Fri 8h-17h , Sat: 8h-12h
Gender: Male/ Female with age from 30 ~ 40
