Job Responsibilities
Plan and manage the entire Data Center project from concept development to final handover.
Develop, organize, and control project schedule, quality, cost, and safety.
Lead meetings with Clients, Consultants, Contractors, and other stakeholders.
Coordinate and manage interdisciplinary work between CSA (Civil, Structural & Architectural) and MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire Protection).
Resolve technical, operational, and on-site issues arising during project execution.
Provide regular reports on project progress and status to the Board of Directors.
Ensure the project is executed in compliance with the contract, technical standards, and legal regulations.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Construction, M&E, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
At least 8 years of experience in construction, including a minimum of 5 years in a Project Manager or equivalent role.
Preferred candidates with experience in Data Center projects or large-scale industrial/factory projects.
Strong understanding of coordination and management of both CSA and MEPF disciplines.
Fluent in English (all four skills), with the ability to lead meetings and work directly with Clients, Consultants, and international partners. (Mandatory)
Strong leadership, planning, and project management skills, including schedule, cost, quality, and risk control.
Strong problem-solving skills, decision-making ability, and ability to work under high pressure.
