Our client is a foreign manufacturing company with a strong background in high-end furniture production and export. They are currently seeking experienced Production Manager to oversee production operations, ensure quality standards, and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing activities.
Location: Quy Nhon, Viet Nam
Job Responsibilities
Oversee and manage daily production processes and schedules
Ensure product quality standards and lead continuous improvement initiatives
Supervise and develop QC teams, including performance management
Conduct factory visits to monitor production and quality control activities
Work closely with planners, factories, and stakeholders to resolve issues related to quality, technical matter, and packaging
Provide leadership and direction to production teams to achieve business targets
Support operational efficiency and ensure production goals are met
Job Requirements
Having 3-5 years of experience in production management, preferably in furniture or manufacturing
Having strong understanding of outdoor timber manufacturing techniques
Having knowledge of materials such as hardwood, laminate, and related materials
Proven experience in team leadership and people management
Familiarity with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar tools is an advantage
Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills
Good English communication skills and ability to work under pressure
