The Production Engineer - Mould Making role at Long Duc Industrial Park, Dong Nai Province, focuses on CNC programming, machine operations, work planning, and equipment maintenance within a manufacturing environment. The position plays an important part in supporting stable production, maintaining operational documentation, managing onsite inventory, and providing machining and mould-repair support across departments.
Responsibilities
Proficient in using Mastercam for CNC milling programming, including 3-axis and 5-axis machining applications
Machine Operation: Operate machines according to established processes and ensure stable production operations
Work Planning and Management: Create and manage daily, weekly, and monthly work plans
Onsite Inventory Management: Manage onsite inventory, including parts, finished products, and tools
Operation Instructions: Prepare work instructions and procedures for machine operation and maintenance activities
Equipment Maintenance: Perform regular equipment maintenance, inspection, and repair according to planned schedules
Support Other Departments: Provide support for jig machining and the repair of mould components for other departments
Other Duties: Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or another related technical discipline
At least 1 year of experience using Mastercam for CNC machining programming
Conversational Japanese or intermediate-level English
Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications
Strong sense of responsibility and ability to collaborate effectively within a team and cross-functional environment
