Job description

  • Experience on and able to conduct market research, industry trends and customer feedback to brainstorm on features for a suitable CRM suite based on the CRM’s platform.
  • Come out with strategies, plans and presentations to stakeholders responsible for the product development.
  • Conduct UAT and get ready to the project’s ready to live
  • Ensure the components are integrated and connected with the inside digital transformation ecosystem
  • Part of the consulting team and play as CRM consultant for large scale businesses
  • Be responsible with stakeholders in prioritize initiatives and enhancement that improve product/application features and functionality.

 Requirements

  • Must have experience as CRM Consultant at least 2 years; or similar role with common CRM system
  • At least 3+ years’ progressive experience in digital product management as Product Owner / Product Manager or similar roles.
  • Strong prioritization and analytical (data-driven) thinking skills.
  • Strong time-management skills and capable of tracking, managing, and resolving many issues efficiently.
  • Confident with Mobile & Web technologies
  • Able to solve or approach the issue of the system by utilizing exiting resources
  • Experience with other systems in digital marketing such as Marketing Automation, CDP is a big plus.

Interview Processes: 2 round

    • 1st round will be conducted by 2 CEOs
    • 2nd round will be conducted by CEOs and HR Manager of the Group / Unit
