We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer for manufacturing company.
Work Location: Long Duc – Dong Nai
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop, implement, optimize, and maintain manufacturing processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
Analyze production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Support NPI, trial runs, and mass production ramp-up.
Monitor process performance and ensure compliance with SOP and quality standards.
Collaborate with QA, Production, and Equipment teams to improve yield and reduce defects.
Prepare process documents such as WI, PFMEA, and control plans, and support line layout & cycle time improvement.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in SMT/assembly manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of SMT/assembly processes and manufacturing flow.
Good problem-solving skills using tools such as 5 Why, 7QC, SPC.
Ability to read electrical schematics and PCB layouts.
Good teamwork, communication, and ability to work under pressure.
Proficient in MS Office.
English or Japanese communication required.
