JAC is opening an attractive position from one of our valued clients in HCMC

This position is responsible for the overall management & implementation of the manufacturer's production Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.

This position is responsible for development, deployment and ensuring system stability, availability and that identified stakeholders are knowledgeable and well informed, and that company’s goals and requirements are met within budget. Work is reviewed through observations, conferences and written reports for results obtained.

  •  Location: Long Hau Province, Can Giuoc
  •  Working time: Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Route: Bus lines are provided 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • This position while reporting to the Operations Manager and Senior Business Partner Manager, Global IT Finance Director
  • Serves as the primary Liaison to the company's Managed Service Provider(s), and primary contact for Production ERP projects
  • Develops the project support, implementation, and strategy, including project plan and milestones, responsible for planning, coordinating, implementing, communicating essentials, and supporting the Oracle system
  • Directs and supervises the acquisition, development, testing, implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of company-wide and agency specific custom and package applications, providing efficient and effective applications to across manufacturing functions
  • Analyzes system problems and sets priorities between different alternatives and deliverables
  • Supports strategic planning activities and discussions by providing analysis and
  • recommendations on business requirements to improve effectiveness and efficiency of information systems and application
  • Collaborates with stakeholders to gather and document operational and functional requirements and translate them into operational solutions
  • Leads and directs a group of cross-functional departmental representatives, and subject matter experts
  • Creates and documents use cases and business requirements needed to develop business solutions
  • Lead the development, deployment and maintenance of application
  • Defines and coordinates Documentation and Testing Activities
  • Establish and maintain effective and professional relationships with work colleagues, supervisors and managers and across manufacturing functions & regions
  • Performs related work as required 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • BS Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, MIS, or related discipline
  • 7+ years of experience in Implementing Oracle ERP across manufacturing functions
  • Experience in Oracle Implementation Projects program management and experience managing large and complex IT projects
  • Demonstrated experience of successfully managing Enterprise-level system integration projects from start to finish seamlessly
  • Strong leadership and experience in cooperation with stakeholders to accomplish the defined targets
  • Skills in application of systems analysis techniques and procedures, including consulting with users, to determine hardware, software, or system functional specifications
  • Skills in design, development, documentation, analysis, creation, testing or modification of computer systems or programs
  • Skill in leading and directing cross functional teams
  • Negotiate scope, schedule, and funding with business partners
  • Project Management, Plan preparation, tracking
  • Overall Project planning and tracking along with rest of the PMO
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills in English
  • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
  • Actively exploring issues and discover potential threads in the production line
  • Manage risks and contingencies thereof
  • Outgoing, friendly, and professional demeanor
  • Very detail orientated and organized
