COMPANY OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly skilled Engineer or Senior Engineer – Mechanical Jig position.

Responsible for the design, fabrication, assembly, and maintenance of mechanical jigs and fixtures used in manufacturing to support production efficiency, quality, and safety.

Working Location:  KCN Long Đuc – Dong nai

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Design and Development:

    • Design and develop mechanical jigs/fixtures for PCBA, SMT, and assembly processes.

    • Create mechanical drawings and technical documents for jig fabrication and modification.

  2. Fabrication and Assembly:

    • Fabricate, assemble, and modify jigs according to production requirements.

    • Operate conventional machining machines (lathe, milling, drilling) and CNC milling machines.

  3. Production Support:

    • Support production lines in jig setup and troubleshooting.

    • Ensure jig accuracy, durability, and safety.

    • Improve jig design to enhance productivity and reduce defects.

  4. Collaboration:

    • Work closely with QA, Production, and Engineering teams to improve test efficiency and product quality.

    • Support NPI (New Product Introduction) and mass production ramp-up.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Education:

  • College or University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields.

2. Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant professional fields.

  • Experience in mechanical jig/fixture design in manufacturing is preferred.

3. Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in mechanical design software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar).

  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.

  • Knowledge of machining processes and materials.

  • Basic understanding of PCBA/SMT processes is an advantage.

  • CNC programming skills and CNC milling machine operation.

  • Ability to operate conventional machining machines (lathe, milling, drilling) and understanding of cutting tools.

4. Soft Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.

  • Ability to work under pressure in a production environment.

  • Attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset.

  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

5. Language:

  • English or Japanese proficiency required (at least one language is mandatory)
