The Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) Project Engineer role supports the design review, technical documentation, inspection, and progress monitoring of construction projects. Based onsite in Thủ Dầu Một, Bình Dương, with a shuttle bus provided from Ho Chi Minh City, the position contributes to the effective delivery of residential, high-rise, and commercial developments.
Responsibilities
Prepare, review, and approve method statements, shop drawings, materials, schedules, and Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) submissions
Review MEP construction designs to identify and resolve design issues and support design improvements
Inspect MEP construction work and monitor construction progress
Perform other related tasks assigned by the manager
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in MEP Engineering
At least 3 years of construction experience involving residential, high-rise, or commercial projects
Knowledge of MEP construction and supervision
Knowledge of MEP design will be an advantage
English communication skills relevant to the construction field
