Position: Marketing & Telex Sale Executive
Job Responsibilities:
Marketing and Telex Sales Related
• Develop and execute marketing and promotion strategies to increase market share and revenue.
• Organize and execute seminars and product launches and marketing programs. Organizing events such as workshop, launch event, exhibition etc.
• Develop sales tools and other marketing collateral such as brochures, briefs, white papers etc.
• Create graphics and artwork collaterals in adherence to the branding and visual consistency emphasized by the organization.
• Work with the sales team to identify top industries and customers to plan and execute marketing promotion activities.
• Involved in digital marketing. Design, build, maintain and monitor company’s website, social media etc.
• Executing marketing activities and managing budget according to the marketing process.
• Appropriately communicate brand identity and corporate position while engage in tele-sales activities.
• Daily call to the clients and qualifies the list and potential opportunities
• Provide in-country information to manage campaign websites and social media.
• Evaluating marketing activities effectiveness and keeping accurate report.
• Any relevant tasks assigned by management.
Database, Records and Reporting
• Preparing management reports, maintaining customer database, company and supplier vendor registration forms, and coordination with customers in agreement signing and collection as well as archiving.
• Conduct product and industry-based market share and competitive research and analysis.
• Identify new and innovative ways to message product and industry solutions.
• Maintaining accurate records of all customers’ software license listing for software renewal.
• Coordinate department meetings and prepare presentation materials etc.
• Ensure all business related information and data is the latest and up to date (Eg, price list, module list etc).
• Any relevant tasks assigned by management.
Others
• Handle inbound call, unsolicited prospect calls and collaborate with sales supervisor to determine necessary sales approaches. Create and deliver qualified opportunities to Account Managers to determine necessary sales approaches.
• Manage full process of sales cycle, from lead generation, cold calling and to handle customer’s enquiries.
• Work closely with other team members to ensure monthly sales targets are met.
• Work closely with assigned 3rd party to fulfill marketing funding/sponsorship requirements and secure all related marketing claims.
• Any relevant tasks assigned by management
• Some admin work out with Financial and HR
Job Requirements:
• At least 1-2 years relevant experience will be advantages.
• Proficient in written and spoken English
• Good computer skills – Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Goal-oriented, highly motivated, and good under pressure.
• Good attention to details, organised and able to manage project from end to end
