MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve & take care of clients through Agent, Brokers and directs.
- Approach new clients, cross-sell to existing clients and build up relationship with the person in charge;
- Work with clients, agent, broker for renewal & new insurance program, calculate premium for policy and endorsements;
- Provide consultancy on insurance knowledge to satisfy clients’ concern;
- Be responsible for all servicing activities to be regularly and effectively done (by arranging call/email/visit, timely consultancy);
- Follow up with clients for confirmation;
Follow up clients for declaration and payment;
Prepare presentation materials/ Insurance quotation in Japanese to clients;
Join Sales projects and supporting Japanese account;
Translate Vietnamese Japanese for particular projects.
Other tasks as required by the job and/or assigned by Managers.
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
1. Technical competencies and requirements
- Product knowledge: Knowledge of insurance product, economic knowledge, risk management, finance understanding, etc. is a plus;
- Knowledge of insurance product, market intelligence, and sales/ marketing experience in financial service industry is a plus.
- Result-oriented: be responsible and accountable for final result, proactively manage the whole process to ensure realization of expected outcomes;
- Selling skills: Knowledge of selling products to different Individuals and Organizations;
- Effective negotiation: Ability to negotiate for win-win solutions;
- Customer service: Ability to adjust mindset & action in relation to others to have better relationship & trust; ability to wow and add more values to customers;
- MS Office & Presentation: Ability to make presentation & report by MS Office and to deliver it effectively to audience both in written & verbally;
- Fluent English & Japanese: N2 level and above
- Marketing experience or working experience in financial service industry is a plus.
