Our Japanese client in real estate is looking for Sales and Marketing Manager position to ensure sales targets are met effectively in line with the marketing strategy and business strategy formulating business strategy.
ü Develop and implement sales plans and strategic marketing to achieve objectives for products and services.
ü Organize and develop marketing activities by identifying the condominium market trend and opportunities.
ü Find, identify and cultivate new sales opportunities through several sources.
ü Manage overall sales and marketing activities including market research, sales presentations, analysis of sales and marketing trend, advertising and marketing promotional events.
ü Visit sales galleries and sites, collect information, analyze the products and situation from competitors.
ü Monitoring and updating competitor strategies and key initiatives.
ü Follow up and handle the relationship with clients and agents.
ü Other relevant tasks as assigned on request.
ü Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Sales or Business Administration or relevant major.
ü At least 5 years of experience within Real Estate /Property Development industry, with at least 2 years at managerial level.
ü Experience in strategy development within Marketing and Sales for Properties & Real Estate Developments.
ü Effective planning, critical thinking, time management, negotiation, communication and project management.
ü Good at report, analysis skill and PC skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
ü Advanced in English communication skills.
