The Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Engineer role is responsible for overseeing M&E works across industrial park developments, including factories, warehouses, office buildings, and utility facilities. Based in Dong Nai Province, the position covers project supervision, design coordination, construction monitoring, handover support, and the maintenance of M&E systems during operation.
Responsibilities
Manage and supervise M&E works for industrial park projects, including factories, warehouses, office buildings, and utility facilities
Review M&E designs and coordinate with consultants and contractors to maintain project quality and schedules
Monitor construction progress, prepare reports, and verify completed work and contractor payments
Support testing, handover, safety compliance, and the resolution of issues during construction
Manage the maintenance and repair of M&E systems during operation and coordinate with internal teams as required
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or a related field
At least 5 years of site-based construction experience, preferably involving large-scale industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects
Experience working for developers, project owners, or supervision consultants would be an advantage
Good understanding of construction project management
Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and other relevant engineering software
