JAC’s client, a healthcare group is looking for a (Senior) Legal Counsel position with strong focus on M&A and Healthcare.
Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam - Work remotely
Job Responsibilities
Manage legal matters related to international investments and mergers & acquisitions (M&A).
Offer legal advisory services on various business topics.
Draft, review, and negotiate M&A transaction documents, including term sheets, MOUs, share purchase agreements, and contracts.
Support the team by researching and analyzing legal regulations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to provide legal support for projects in Vietnam and internationally.
Conduct legal due diligence, and handle the negotiation, execution, and performance of contracts.
Job Requirements
University graduation with a bachelor’s degree or higher in law.
At least 5 years of international legal work experience in an in-house office or law firm.
Legal background with experience in transactions, investment, finance, or M&A fields.
High sense of responsibility, enthusiasm, attention to detail, and honesty.
Strong legal analysis and research skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in English, especially in the legal field, is required.
