JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Clearance procedures at export processing enterprises (import - export both domestically and abroad):
- Select HS code, declare import purposes, name products, transmit declarations.
- Opening and terminating outsourcing contracts
- Declare import tax deferral, pay other taxes (environment, etc.)
- Declare and manage technical norms/actual norms.
- Carry out procedures for selling scrap (domestic and foreign)
- Carry out processing procedures with domestic enterprises.
- Make C.O certifying origin of goods (form E, AI, EUR1 etc.).
- Management of goods temporarily imported for re-export, temporarily exported for re-import, and consigned assets.
- Coordinating shipment schedule, receiving goods with shipping lines.
- Performing operations with Customs
- Customs settlement report (Compare warehouse books/customs system, adjust periodically, Declare and make annual customs settlement).
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- University graduate majoring in import and export (foreign economics, logistics & SCM, foreign trade economics, international trade, etc.).
- Knowledge of import and export operations, priority is given to candidates possessing a certificate of customs declaration issued by the General Department of Customs.
- At least 1 year experience working directly in import and export, preference is given to candidates who have worked in the company produce.
- Good English communication, if you know Japanese, the better.
- Ability to synthesize, analyze, plan and present problems clearly
- Agile, honest, careful in work.
