COMPANY OVERVIEW
JAC is opening an attractive position from one of our valued clients in HCMC

Our client is a leading digital creative company in Japan. The company is running several unique digital and creative businesses under its umbrella such as Digital Product development, Website production, digital marketing, and Gaming. Now, the company is going to expand their businesses in Vietnam and the first stage, they are looking for a pioneer that can grow up business from scratch and know overall back office work.

·        Title:  HRGA Manager

·        Location: HCM

·        Working time: 10.00 AM – 7.00 PM

·        Report to: CEO

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

·        Office set up :

ü Prepare documents required to set up the business by collaborating with an agency  

ü Work with real estate agency to find the office location, negotiate the terms and conditions, and close a contract with them

ü Other required jobs related to office establishment.

·        Human resource:

ü Design HR strategy, such as salary/evaluation system, office rule, and training schemes

ü Develop solid recruitment plan referring to the other companies’strategy

ü Plan and execute company events to motivate internal employees and attract people to apply for the company

ü Visa application support.

·        General Affairs:

ü Negotiate the price and contact terms with suppliers

ü Respond to the requests from JP HQ’s back-office team such as IT/Security audit.

·        Finance and accounting:

ü Support an accounting firm, which the company will hire, by submitting the required numbers/documents.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

·        Experience of HRGA (Design and implement overall HR strategy, Salary/evaluation system and training schemes)

·        Experience of working for a start-up company

·        Basic knowledge of accounting and finance

·        Communication skills in English (Fluency in Japanese is a plus)

·        Can report and respond timely to the Japanese CEO

·        Must be a team player

·        Must be a self-starter

·        Experience in an IT offshore company is a plus.

2nd & 3rd round: interview with CHRO/ COO/ CEO in Japan HQ
