Our client is a Japanese company established in 1997 focusing on the collaboration between teams among the companies which would be suitable for large-scaled with multinational enterprises to small-scaled teams. Currently, they are a leader of Japan’s Collaborative software in 10 consecutive years with around 8 million of users.

They have the Development centers in China, Vietnam and official partners in the US, UK, Germany, China, Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore and Malaysia. In Ho Chi Minh office, they concentrate on testing process and would love to deliver the best experience for users.

Location: Phu Nhuan District, Ho Chi Minh City

Working time: 8:00 AM – 17:00 PM; Mon - Fri

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Accounting tasks:

  • Work with the accounting outsourcing company
  • Prepare documents for monthly FS
  • Check monthly FS
  • Manage cash
  • Plan and manage budget
  • Review periodical tax report (PIT, VAT, CIT, Invoice Using, FCT)
  • Review annual audit report, CIT finalization, PIT finalization
  • Prepare quarterly analysis of turnovers and expenses
  • Issue e-invoice
  • Review quarterly statistic report
  • Prepare annual statistic report
  • Translation contents of contact, report and discussion between Vietnam Accounting team and Japan Accounting Headquarter (Vietnamese <-> Japanese)
  • Other ad-hoc accounting tasks

General affairs tasks:

  • Manage and maintain office equipment
  • Work with suppliers
  • Execute office procedures
  • Support business trip
  • Check monthly attendance of employees

Others:

  • Have opportunities to in charge of other HR tasks such as: company events (birthday party, year-end party, company trip, etc.), company rule improvement, workplace kaizen activities, other C&B activities

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • University degree
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Japanese at N2 level or equivalent
  • English in intermediate level
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, Power Point
  • Ability to work actively and speedily under high pressure
  • Ability to analyze, raise idea and solve problems
  • Ability to gather data, compiles information, and prepares reports
  • Ability to organize and manage time
  • Good self-learning skill and acquisitiveness
  • Good collaboration, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to challenge new things
  • Open-minded person
  • Age: up to 35
