JAC's client, a Foreign Real Estate Company is looking for a Human Resources Staff (HR staff) position.
Location: Ho Chi Minh City
Job Responsibilities
Working hour management: Summarize working hours data every month and report to HQ, updating the Annual Leave list.
Support new VN employee/JP employee hiring process: Agencies coordination, Candidates CV analysis and making a summary, Interview arrangement, draft offer letter, prepare for the onboarding process such as equipment (PC, mobile, ect.)
Probationary: Labor contract, appendix for staff Health check-up coordination
Initial registration (tax code for dependents, SHUI, etc)Sign & stamp control: Sign & stamp registration control/Hardcopy filing, sign & stamp, Delivery to relevant vendors/members
Control contracts with vendors (HR related)
Expats legal: Visa & WP, TRC control (new & renewal) control Secondment agreement coordination with HQ HR
Other relevant tasks (if any)
PIT (Vietnamese & Expats/ JP employee): Support for PIT tasks related to collecting the data for PIT, Issue PIT withholding certificate, and collecting the signature for PIT finalization.
Job Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in similar positions
Be positive, open, and proactive
Has a high sense of responsibility
Proficient in English verbally and writtenWell understanding of related laws and regulations, especially payroll, PIT, SUI in Vietnam
Experience working for a foreign company (including Japanese company) required.
Willing to learn, and accept challenge to develop in career path
Ability to work independently and team
