Job Description
Lead and oversee full-spectrum HR operations across multiple locations in Vietnam, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and high service standards
Build and strengthen a scalable HR operating model while monitoring KPIs, service quality, and team performance
Design and enhance total rewards programs, including salary structures, incentives, and benefits aligned with business objectives and market practices
Manage C&B operations, including payroll processes, governance, compliance, and internal controls
Lead recruitment strategies and employee engagement initiatives to strengthen talent acquisition, retention, employer branding, and overall employee experience
Drive HR digital transformation (DX) initiatives by improving HR systems, workflows, automation, data accuracy, and process efficiency
Oversee administration and workplace management activities across locations to ensure professional, safe, and efficient working environments
Ensure compliance with labor regulations, internal policies, governance standards, and audit requirements while partnering closely with business leaders on HR operational matters
Lead, coach, and develop HR and Administration teams while fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and service excellence
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Law, or a related field
Professional HR certification is an advantage
8–10 years of HR experience with strong expertise in HR Operations and C&B
Proven managerial experience with team leadership responsibilities in a multinational environment
Hands-on experience in total rewards design, recruitment, and employee engagement initiatives
Strong understanding of Vietnamese labor law and HR compliance requirements
Experience managing HR operations across multiple locations
Strong strategic thinking and execution capability
Leadership mindset with the ability to build and improve systems and processes
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
Experience working with HR systems, digital transformation initiatives, and process improvement projects
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
